Overview

You can edit the email you send your customers from the Client Invitation screen available under the White Label menu of your dashboard.

Customizations

You can edit the following parts of the email:

Sender

The name that your automated email will list in its signature

Subject Line

The subject line of the email

 Main Text Areas

 The body of the email

 Lower Text Area/Signature

Any extra information you'd like to include in your signature


Considerations

  • The default copy in the email is localized. If changed, make sure the custom copy matches the language selected as only the non-editable content is translated.
  • Emails cannot be customized per customer.
